20 Minute Tuesday!!

Coming at you with another home workout!

Today we will add a cardiovascular aspect that will turn this into a great cardio workout without any cardio equipment needed!

20 Min EMOM

1.Running on the spot 50 high knees and Skater Hops x 20

2. Push ups x 10

Repeat for 20, 1 minute rounds

Use the time remaining as your break in each round.

It’s ok that you have a larger break during the push up round, our goal is to keep our heart rate between 115-135 beats per minute for the whole 20 mins.

Cardio doesn’t have to be going for a run or hitting the elliptical. We can get the same heart and lung building effect with this workout.
