Small Group Training Schedule

My small group training program incorporates the energy of a bootcamp with the attention and programing of a one on one session. A great option for someone who wants to get the exerperise of a trainer without paying personal training prices.

Monday: 530pm Strength&Conditioning

Tuesday: 530pm Metcon(30 mins)
Thursday: 530pm Metcon(30 mins)

Saturday: 9am Sweaty and Swole
