Train for Strength in Everything you do!

My morning conditioning work was 10-40 yard prowler pushes followed by heavy bag work and some time on the bike. This is my “Off day”. 
I want everyone to remember not to measure your strength purely on the weight you can lift. Ask yourself what you can push, pull, throw, drag, carry or how hard you can hit. Remember that being fit and healthy means you can run, lift, carry, throw, hit and jump. Looking lean and mean is great but don’t if you can’t do all of the above then what’s the point?
