It is purely legs and core and it is deadly simple.
200 walking lunges
30 second Front Plank
This is a play upon rest pause method. Do as many lunges as you can, when you need a break you do a 30 second plank. Then continue lunges. That simple.
Dont rush the lunges and concentrate on good depth.
Set a timer and go!
