20 Minute Tuesday!!

Trying to make these workouts as homebased as possible.

Today is lower body and core based sweat fest!

We will do 2, 10 minute EMOM( every minute on the minute) alternating each exercise.

First emom

1a) Up down planks x 20

1b)jump squats x 10

Second Emom

1a) Jack knives x 15

1b) Cross knee mountain climbers x20

Abs of steel here you come!
