20 Min Tuesday!!!

For the next few weeks our 20 minute Tuesday workouts will be home based with minimal equipment!

Any requests let me know!

So here we go!

20 Minute Emom

Set a timer and you will start each round at the top of the minute and use the rest of the minute as your rest.

15 Squats

10 Burpees

That’s right that’s 150 squats and 100 burpees in 20 minutes. Leg and lung burning awesomeness!!
