20 Min Tuesday!!!

Today’s 20 min workout will actually take you less then that.

This workout will give you an insane chest, tri and back pump and improve your posture at the same time.

It is a great stand alone workout but can also be used as a finisher or second mini workout.

  • Push ups Max reps
  • Laying Iso Y Fly 30 seconds
  • Narrow or Diamond Push ups Max reps
  • Laying Iso T Fly 30 seconds
  • Push up Iso hold in bottom position to failure
  • Laying Iso W 30 seconds

Rest 2 mins and repeat if this your only workout of the day.

No equipment, can be done anywhere with am insane pump to follow!
