Killer Conditioning by Troy! 3 Foot Box Jump!

Troy has been committed to working as hard as possible the last 4 months. He is not only looking amazing but increasing his strength and athleticism.
As part of his conditioning circuit he completed a set of 10, 3 foot box jumps!

20 Kettlebell Swings 40 pounds
20 Sit ups
10 Box Jumps 36 inches

Repeat for 4 rounds.
