What a Great Start to the Workout Week!

Had some amazing clients today! Monday is always tough but every single one of my clients and groups put in a great effort!
My 7am group did the following:
3 sets of goblet squats 5 seconds eccentric, 5 seconds concentric w/
15 reps sumo db deadlifts

Medicine Ball Circuit 4 exercises 30 seconds each: burpee ball slams, Russian twists, sit up shoulder press and narrrow push ups.

Finished off with 5 rounds on the heavy bags!
