Charters’ 3 Dollar SuperMeal

Sometimes you just forget to thaw your chicken breasts or you are stumped for a healthy meal. Here is one of my favourites; quick, easy and inexpensive.


All you need is half a cup of quinoa, package of frozen chopped spinach and a cup of frozen corn. Bring the quinoa to a boil with one cup of water. Once boiling reduce to low heat and cover for 15 minutes.
Add the cooked spinach and corn to the quinoa and mix. Add low sodium soya sauce, drizzle of olive oil and black pepper for flavour.
Even you bachelors can make this. It doesn’t have to be expensive to eat healthy. Enjoy
