Sometimes, life does not give you a full hour or even half an hour to head to gym for your weekly cardio session. Here is a cardio workout designed to increase your metabolism, get your heart rate up and work your core all from the privacy of your own home.
50 High Knees (running on the spot)
40 Mountain Climbers
30 jumping Jacks
20 crunches
10 burpees
Aim for at least 3 rounds and work your way to 5.
1 min break between rounds
Crazy workout in only 15-20 minutes

Holy crap…it just kicked my ass. I did 4 rounds and it was the Burpees everytime. I’m still gasping for air….
