Added a new goal to my personal fitness goals: farmers walk 1.75 of my body weight for 20 feet.
Today was the first day of short carries at 365. Felt awesome…the first time. I had to peel my fingers off the handles.
My good buddy and now client Peter matched me!
I love loaded carries of any variety: waiters walk, suitcase carries, split carries etc but farmers walks is the king for maximal strength.
