Sunday Workout: Conditioning and Upper Back

New workout for my Sunday conditioning and accessory day.
10 rounds:
20 calorie row
3 pull ups
10 push ups
For time

This was a perfect combo of body weight work and cardio. My time was skewed due to having 2 kids causing a ruckus but I’m fine with it lol
If you have the time add a crazy 8 TRX upper back giant set:
Y flys
8 T flys
8 face pulls
X 3

And because I was feeling my boxing roots and i added 10 mins of heavy bag work for fun.
Give the first part a try for a short but killer workout!
