New Group Schedule!

I am running a brand new schedule of fun and exciting small group workouts!
Monday: 7am, 530pm and 630 pm
Tuesday: 3pm
Wednesday: 7am, 530pm and 630 pm
Thursday: 3pm
Friday: 530pm
Saturday: 11am

So many new times to fit everyone’s schedule! Every workout is different! Kickboxing, conditioning, MMA and more!
