At Home Workout #1

Just because it maybe snowing and blowing out, does not mean you cannot get a great workout in at home. This workout should only take 10 or 15 minutes and you will be a sweaty sore mess.

10 pushups
10 squats
9 pushups
9 squats
continue all the way to 1 and 1. For a challenge work you way back up as far as you can. Take s little rest as possible.
