Friday At Home Workout

Sometimes you just cannot drag yourself to the gym. That is no excuse not to get a sick workout! All you need is your own body and some will! Follow this workout:

10 burpees

20 push ups

30 squats

40 crunches

50 jumping jacks

repeat for 3 total rounds with as little rest as possible.

Record your time and try to beat it.
